Went in the drive thru. They were slow I spent almost 15 minutes in line. I was on lunch break so I had limited time. Maybe I should have ordered it ahead of time. But my point as to why I writing this review. I was trying to tell the 2 ladies at the window my frustration and they just ignored me didn’t even acknowledge my upset. They didnt even have the correct order when I got to the window. My correct order came right out but the fact they didn’t even care why I was upset. Customers just want to be acknowledged and heard and they didn’t care.

There was a young man who went out of his way to make sure the bathroom room was clean for my little girl to use it comfortably I didn't get his name but he was the only one that went out of his way to make the bathroom customer satisfaction.. the woman that I asked first looked at me like I was crazy when I told her the restroom was dirty .. when the young man heard he jumped up and got it token care of it was 9/7/2024 at around 6 or 7pm ..... There were 2 women and another man, but he was on the floor getting a massage from another worker, a woman very unperfecional. But thank you, young man

Yes, every time! I stop buy here every Wednesday afternoon on my way to see a friend that is in bad health. The afternoon Supervisor Marcelo and his crew are great. He calls me by my name as he is always polite, respectful, has a smile going and he moves at a very fast pace. The restaurant is always clean and the service is fast and prompt. Marcelo and his crew are a shining example of what customer service should be. Thank you for having him as an exemplary employee.
