Dont get me wrong the food is amazing but the way the service was delivered..I was beyond disappointed. Last time I went around October or early November (gotta check the receipt), we did online order. I was not aware that the speciality drinks were not available for online purchase even though they were still able to be bought online. Neither less to say I purchased three items one being the guero coffee and only received the food. My partner went in to get the mobile order and was denied the drink that they didn't have the ingredients and then later that they couldn't serve it because it had alcohol. We asked for a similar item of the same price and was denied. They said that the manager was gonna call me for a refund since it was already purchased and never got a call nor a refund. I called a week later and they said the manager wasn't available. I'm just disappointed that they didn't put any thought in reaching out to us or even trying to get us refund or even a similar item of the same price. It was 14.99 not a big deal right but still that's 15 bucks. Since then havnt gone back.

Wait staff was slow and rude. Ordered a Modelo, she brought a light Modelo. When I asked if they had regular, she said they were out. Minutes later, she brought a regular Modelo fo the table next to us. I asked for the check, When I was signing the receipt, she collected my beer without asking, which was not empty and dumped it. She still received a suggested tip. I'll never return.

I just stepped out of this restaurant. I ordered the Campechana Cocktail. It was good but as always there's more veggies than sea food. When I was given the receipt for the cost of the Campechana, it was for a little over $24. But the portable paying machine that my waitress left on the table read $25 and some change. When I asked the waitress why it shows more on this paying machine, she responded with a slight attitude, "We charge extra for using Debit Cards. Do you want to pay with cash?" Why she assumed I was going to pay with my card is questionable. If I would have payed with cash, it makes me wonder if this waitress would have deducted the Xtra charge. Based on this, I along with my family, will not be eating at this place any more. After all, these places come a dime of dozen.

Everything is very delicious and with a low flavor that is inexplicable and all the service is very good!

Hello, the place was very clean and staff very friendly and welcoming!

Oysters were really fresh and big and I would come back for them, best I've had in a long time

Shrimp cocktail is a disappointment as most places don't know how to make them.

First there is a lot of shrimp in the cocktail which is a plus and it's fresh enough. The sauce or watered down juice is the down fall. Every time I get a scoop of the cocktail I wonder where the flavor is.
Also there is so little diced onions cucumbers etc.
Tips. Make sauce thicker so it sticks to the shrimp and add more flavor to sauce.

I will be back and everything else was good.

Good shrimp cocktail.

Ordered a shrimp cocktail with added avocado for takeout. First noticed the shrimp weren't de-veined with big dark lines along the back of the shrimp, so I removed the veins at home. Then it was so fishy, neither my wife nor I could eat it. Waste of over $20. Won't be going back.

My husband and I wanted to try a new seafood restaurant and we were not disappointed ?. The food was delicious and fresh. We had the fish taco plate and the tostada mixta.

We sat at the bar and JP was our server. He was very nice and had very good customer service. Now days in a lot of restaurants customer service suck! Not here. He was awsome!

We will be back for sure.
