I didn't enjoy the food. Very salty. I couldn't stomach it. Not my type of flavoring. I didn't stay long at all and when I left, they gave me an attitude for not leaving a tip. As far as I know, tip is still OPTIONAL! They kept pushing me and started to make a scene! When I wouldn't budge they told me to never come back. That suggestion was the only good thing I got from this restaurant! I was left with an even worse taste in my mouth than their food due to the horrible and rude staff there!

Poor attitude. We scanned the QR code menu and didn't see sesame balls. Asked the server about it, he impatiently responded if it's not on the digital menu, then it's sold out or no longer available. Didn't bother to display sold out items anywhere in restaurant. No good.

This is a good noodle place called Noodology located in Chino Hills. I stopped at Saturday night and ordered the Cantonese style braised beef brisket, beef rolls and sliced beef & OxTrip chili sauce. The foods are Szechuan spicy style and very delicious. The service was nicely and bring out the foods very fast. I will highly recommend for who loves noodle. The parking is very convenience, it’s in a large shopping plaza.

Highly Recommended for Work Lunches & Student Meals!

service Good .
Recommend Beef Roll
Cut into six small pieces, each one packed with tender beef, fresh scallions, and rich sauce. Every bite is full of real, hearty flavors — once you start, you just can't stop.
Tomato Beef Noodle Soup: $13.99🔪
This dish isn’t spicy at all. You can actually see chunks of tomato in the broth, clearly simmered to perfection — no wonder the soup tastes amazing. The beef comes in large pieces! I have to say their beef is really well-prepared: tender but not falling apart, juicy without being dry — just the perfect texture!

This is a good place if you want authentic Chinese food. The beef w/ chili peppers was a flavorful explosion. The meat was super tender and the noodles were nicely cooked. There is a numbing spice to the dish. The fried tofu was one of our favorite dishes. It was perfectly fried and the sauce was good. The shrimp fried rice was also solid.

There's a lot of seating inside. It is located in a large shopping plaza so parking won't be an issue.

My brother and I went to eat and we had a horrible experience with the lady who is served there a skinny lady with glasses I paid her cash and she started yelling at me for her tip I tried to explain that we would leave cash tip on the table but get insolent WE DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT. IM BUSINESS OWNER YOU SHOULD NEVER DISREPECT ANYONE LIKE THAT

5 stars+, great taste, generous portions, reasonable prices, and a clean and elegant interior. Highly recommended! You can choose between noodles or rice noodles, and there are so many options—each one looks so tempting to try!

I really love this noodle dish! The portion is huge—I can’t even finish a whole bowl. The beef chunks are big, and the soup is so flavorful!

My new favorite noodle bowl

I ordered the minced pork noodle medium spicy and it was the perfect bowl to have on a cold day. Little bit spicy with great flavor. The peanuts and vegetables give a lot of good texture. I ate it up and kept thinking I want another one right away. I'm getting one to go for dinner, it was that good.

Prices were awesome and food came out quickly. This place is going on the rotation.

Noodology is tasty and serves big portions of noodles and other Chinese dishes.

I enjoyed the #1 noodle which has a little numbing spice but was not too spicy. I also had the tomato broth with beef noodles. The broth had tomato chunks and was flavorful. The beef was tender.

The price was very good as a whole bowl of noodles was under $15. The noodles came in a big quantity.

I also enjoyed the beef rolls that were crispy on the outside. The tofu was crispy too.

Parking is easy in a big parking lot.

The minced pork noodles were delicious and the popcorn chicken was crispy.

The waitress was so nice and sweet.

Everything was clean and organized. A chill place to enjoy my noodles.

I previously tried the San Gabriel location and really enjoyed it. Last time I had their Taiwanese braised beef and some dried noodles. This time I had their beef rice rice noodles and I thought the flavor was light yet flavorful. It definitely hit the spot during these chili colder evenings. I love all the variety of noodles they have here on their menu. Their seasonal Sichuan spicy wontons is a must. They are probably one of the best I've had at any restaurants. The refreshing cucumbers as an appetizer is also nice to balance all the different flavors out. Lots of parking at the plaza and it wasn't too busy around 7pm during a weeknight dinner.
