The staff allow dogs in there, in violation of California Health Code. This was clearly not a service dog. It jumped on customers leaving the place and dragged the owner as she walked in. If the baristas are not following this California Health Code which other ones are they ignoring?

Unhappy! Instead of preparing my order of egg bites, I waited for 4 other hot orders and there drinks. Then she gave me my order with theirs. All at 1 time

Today I swiped my wife's card because I forgot to bring my wallet. I always give cash and tip cash every time I come. For the first time today, I didn’t tip because I forgot my wallet. Guess what, my order turned out to be the last one given to me, and everyone left, including the person in line behind me. I swear tips no more!

I had a valid coupon when I entered the store that expired at 6pm. I was on the store fifteen minutes ahead of time and the cashier refused to serve me until after 6 at which point my coupon has expired. She then smirked and told me sorry it's after six. This place is a joke.
