We were fans of Tay Ho until they ruined my daughter’s first birthday party. The food is good (which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1) but they definitely lost customers. We had made a big catering order one month in advance for my daughter’s party. They wrote down our order, made us pay half of the ~$700 bill as a deposit and we were supposed to pick it up by 11am before the party started at 12pm. I love their garlic noodles and steak. I saw someone give a 1 star because the portions were not big enough and had to say that isn't fair. They don't pretend it is a ton of food and it's quality. The packaging costs little in bulk. Food prices obviously are not cheap. Welcome to food inflation.
