My first experience at Tay Ho in Chino Hills was good. The counter person was friendly and patient while we made our selections.

I tried the Shrimp Fried Rice and a Chicken Banh Min Sandwich. The fried rice was awesome; probably one of the best fried rice dishes out there. Regarding the sandwich, I expected a little more meat in the sandwich, but it was still good. Each item came in a convenient box, which helps when ordering to go.

My partner and I have been repeat customers as we used to live close by. I will miss not living close to a Tay Ho location. I recommend ordering through the app as they offer a lot of various rewards and coupons, and it also makes picking up to go orders simple and quick. Tried out this place since I don’t have to drive all the way down to little Saigon for steamed rice crepes. Not your typical Vietnamese testaurants. Set up as a fast food over counter services.
