The restaurant is known for its heat levels, so choose wisely. The house pan roast is a main dish everyone comes for, with shrimp, scallops, crab, and clams in a tomato cream based sauce. The Fisherman's chowder has calamari, shrimp, scallops, crab, mussels, and white fish in a creamy chowder sauce. Shrimp diablo features large prawns in a spicy tomato sauce served over linguini. The Jambalaya and the House Pan Roast Special were delicious. Free bread is provided for dipping into the flavorful sauces. The staff is extremely friendly. It is a unique dining experience that you really can't find in too many places. The Boiler is open for lunch Thursday through Sunday and dinner Wednesday through Sunday. It is recommended to show up as soon as it opens to secure seating, otherwise, expect long wait times.
