“Place was clean, but staff lacked any urgency. First off, we can't eat our food if we don't have any utensils. Second my son waited 10 minutes after the rest of our order was delivered, just to find out they ran out of bacon!! So he gets to sit another 10 minutes at the table while we eat until his food arrives cold.“

“Delicious food and awesome service. My family surprised me with a birthday cake and the employees were happy to accommodate us. You all are amazing. Thank you so much. “Hadn't been here in a long, long time as it's a couple states away, but went with a couple of my buddies and my son today, Food is pretty good, and service was absolutely phenomenal (very friendly/very attentive). But my main issue with the place is that it's beat up and it feels dirty, and when I wiped our table with a clean napkin, which felt really dirty, it was dirty. Ceiling tiles are discolored and the place just needs a major refresh. So I would probably love this place if it was remodeled or in a new space but it just doesn't feel like somewhere that I would regularly go and pay 15 to $22 to eat a breakfast, but as I said the food is good and the servers were absolutely fantastic.“

“Well, food is excellent, I was there for breakfast, was my first time there. The choices were great, I ordered from a specials menu… delicious, I had one scrambled egg, cooked to perfection, hash browns, sausage… all very good. I was there with a couple of friends, they each got omelets. Service wad quick, and friendly. Very attentive. Great music from the 1959’s… it was playing in the background. I will return, truly enjoyed everything.“

“Easily my favorite diner in the San Dimas area. It’s a traditional American diner right in the heart of downtown San Dimas on what looks like good old-fashioned Main Street America. Parking in this area is extremely easy, there is a parking lot in the rear, but we were able to find a free space right out front. Inside is also very large with many different seating areas and seating options. Our waitress was extremely polite and everything that we ordered came out fast and at a fair price.
The menu is really large and filled with all sorts of great American diner classics. I had heard so much about their Chicken Fried Steak and overheard many other diners ordering it before me so that’s what I chose for my breakfast and I was extremely satisfied with it. It was a large cut of meat and it had great flavor. The eggs were also cooked perfectly and I really enjoyed them. I got a biscuit on the side, which was pretty small, but the flavor was really nice, I just wish it was larger in size.
Overall I would suggest to any diner fan in the area.“

“We are huge fans of BBD, we always stop at one when going out of town. But todays brunch was the worst we’ve ever had. My wife ordered the corned beef hash and the corned beef as like shredded shoe leather, the toast wasn’t even toasted at all, her over easy eggs were over hard. She ordered a side of bacon and it was drenched in grease. My granddaughter ordered French toast which was good but the syrup was like sugar water. I ordered the chili burger which was pretty good, chili was sweet which I don’t care for but that’s a preference. Best part of my wife’s meal was her water. Service was great nor bad, just so so. Will need to really think about returning to BBD or not. Very disappointed. I’m hoping it’s just that specific location and not all.“

“Been to countless Denny’s locations in my life but this would be one of my more memorable ones. The location was moderately busy but that didn’t stop the staff from providing top notch service. Everyone seemed to be getting served and tended to in a timely manner and I saw our server get multiple thanks and kudos from departing guests. My wife is a bit picky on food and she had the pot roast. She said it was very flavorful and moist (she even packed her leftovers to go which she only does when she’s genuinely happy with her food). She also ordered a side of zucchini and squash (oh no…) and said the only place she’s had better is mine at home (only because practice makes perfect LOL) or a pricey steakhouse we go to on occasion. I had the Lumberjack slam and when I tell you every single component was perfect, I mean perfect. Perfectly cooked meats, perfect over medium eggs, and heavenly hash browns. I upgraded to cinnamon roll pancakes and don’t regret it one single bit. Fluffy and light, perfect amounts of salty butter, cinnamon, and glaze. It was like a Cinnabon on steroids 😆. I sincerely hope this is the norm because if it is, I may have just found my new go-to diner when I need a great meal.“

“Favorite diner of all time in Ontario, CA.
I’ve came numerous of times when around the area & this diner is a classic diner like no other. A classic diner like no other. Breakfast is the best part for me personally speaking. Great staff that is very nice and friendly. My breakfast is always spot on.“

“This Server like most of the servers and the restaurant say hi to you and asks how you are doing then ask for your beverage and if you are ready they will take your order Ninfa. Is very friendly and courteous she usually waits on me and my family when we come in together but on top of everything around her she is a very good server. Thank you Ninfa.“
