“First off love how friendly the staff is very welcoming once you enter. Secondly, the shakes are delicious and flavorful and don’t get me started on all their treats protein donuts, bowls and crepes! Love The Nutrition Spot it’s our go to after a tough workout.“

“The food is bomb. The Mac n chicken is super good and so are the sandwiches. I wish they had a Louisiana hot chicken option as it would be better, but it's still pretty good. They've got really good Mac, but could use sharper cheese for more of a kick. Also, the drinks aren't all that bad.

P.S. We compete in the JDM game so come to me for cars, maintenance, and service, but go to them for food because I only cook for my kids lol.“

“This is a hidden gem and when I took my kids there, they all agreed this is their favorite ice cream shop ever.“

“Great drinks. A few issues though:It seems like their usually understaffed, so expect long wait time if busy (with about 5 drinks/meals ahead of us, it took about 30 minutes). They also run out of stuff and sometimes forget what you asked for, but in the end, they have great customer satisfaction. When they fall short for any or all of these reasons, they compensate you very well. As long as they keep it up, they've got a regular customer here.“

“Overall, leans on expensive but the quality is very very good. I got the double matcha with oatmilk and the large was $10. If I had to complain, it’s a $10 drink. Not a robbery. Tasted amazing. Like, “27 year-old man takes a sip and goes mmm” good. I’m willing to buy it again and the barista was awesome, although her name escapes me. Great spot.“

“We ate so much 😵‍💫 Everything was so good. Tried chicken & waffle. This waffle 🧇 is some of the best, especially if you like cinnamon 😋 the chicken was HOT, and juicy. Ox tails, mac n cheese, potato salad, pork chops and corn bread were delicious. I just didn't try my son's greens but he loved them. Were super excited to return! Thank you for your cooking!“

“This place was fantastic! Small dining area but we came in with a baseball team (20 people) filled up their booths and slammed the kitchen. They handled us like champs and with a smile. Portions were plentiful, come with an appetite. Breakfast was amazing. You will not be disappointed…GO TRY IT OUT!!!!“
