I ordered a burger & fries and after 40 minutes had to ask them to make it to-go since it hadn't arrived and my lunch break was almost up. I was almost late to go back to work because it still took them so long to make my order to go.
Kitchen seems to only make one order at a time, even for a table (I had 40 minutes to watch). I mentioned the wait time to a coworker and she said it's pretty standard for this place.
