Great first time experience, Uriel and his friends, Gaby, Valeria (I am sorry if I missed out or spelt them incorrectly) were great hosts, helping me out with the order. The service is super fast and also accomdates our requests! The place was super clean and even though we were the last dine in customers they didn't make us hurry or anything. Thanks guys!

This is a small Pollo Loco. We had a problem ordering on the kiosk but the lady behind the counter was very helpful and solved our problem. The food is good, the service is good, but you don't want to eat in, especially when they are busy.

Since my last negative review 3 years ago, Today I came in to eat and to my surprise, Cleanliness on every thing, attendant helped with our order and afterwords proceded to wash his hands, food excellent, attention excellent, Credit where credit is due, From 1 to 5 stars to Isaac Ocampo.

My review is a bit late, but I haven't been to El Pollo Loco in probably 10+ years, why, I have no idea myself. But that day I went to the drive through with my mom. The customer service this girl had, was so professional and appreciated. I asked for her name afterwards because she did such a great job. Her name is STAR, I worked at a restaurant for about 4 years and this is the customer service I gave. I was impressed by her suggestions and the way my mom and I kept on getting convinced on adding more to our menu list even when we only came for 2 things, we ended up leaving with about 5 things. So STAR if you see this, girl keep doing what you are doing, even though there is a few in the world that can be, let's say unappreciated in their lives and take it out on the nice people, you keep working hard.

Highly recommend coming to this Pollo Loco off H st and Oaklawn near the H Transit Center. Jackie's customer service went above and beyond when she assisted me with the app. I asked what burrito she would recommend and got the chipotle guacamole burrito. It was really mouth watering. Overall the food and service is a 5 star. Ask for Jackie if you get the chance honestly great person. Thanks for your amazing service.

The atmosphere is still lovely and relaxing, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, professional, and attentive. Huge credit to the team working on the floor.
That said, it’s really disappointing to see how the corporate side has changed things. Portion sizes have been drastically reduced, and both the quality and quantity of the food have gone downhill — all while prices have gone way up.
It no longer feels like you're paying for a satisfying meal, but rather for the brand name and decor.
I truly hope corporate leadership listens to customer feedback, because the frontline staff are doing a fantastic job — but those top-down decisions are undermining the entire experience.
