El Pollo Loco, H Street never seem to fail me on having my favorite! Chicken meals! The crew are very nice and always courteous with their customer, i myself experienced those , treatment that you we’re one of their family that they’re going take care of you’ for the rest of your dine in’ and i was surprise with the new renovations ‘ it was so aesthetic! Very instragrammable! Even before! But now! Way better! Kudos! El Pollo Loco !

So after having a long day, I decided to stop by El Pollo loco. Being the picky customer I am, asked if my tortillas could be warmed up extra. After receiving the request, the talented and professional general manager. Alejandra delivered excellent customer service. Will definitely be back

We had a wonderful experience at Pollo Loco in Chula Vista, the staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was allright with our order. It was very refreshing with good customer service being so hard to come by nowadays. The food was delicious (my wife loved the chicken and we’re definitely coming back).
