Been coming here since it was nestle toll house. Mitch always provides us excellent customer service. I always order the Thai tea with boba and grab a cookie while I wait. This time I had the blueberry cookie and strawberry crinkle. I recommend both!

This is my favorite cookie shop! It's conveniently located in the Otay Ranch Mall just outside the food court next to the children's water fountain. Can't miss it.It's a busy shop, but worth the wait. The large cookies are awesome. Soft, scrumptious and fulfilling. I like the buy 5 get one free deal. The Double Dookies are good too. Had to get a last minute birthday cookie cake. Walked in at 10:15. By 11:30 the cake was fresh out of the oven, decorated, and ready to go. Thank you for helping me out of a bind Mitch! The cookies are also always good.
