I've had their drinks twice. I've had the strawberry shortcake, and mango matcha I believe it was... and they were delicious. I need to go back and try the waffles. The young men behind the counter made them sound awesome.
Me and my boyfriend always get a drink from here, and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, and the establishment is very well kept. Can't wait to go again for some cool drinks, or hot for the winter to come ^_^

I ordered a large strawberry green tea with boba (subbed out lychee jelly).
Boba was cooked very well at this location. However, drinks took a super long time to come out for 3-4 people in front of us.
Open to trying this location out again!
