Okay today's server was very quick and professional. I do like the touch ordering system at any place. I got excited to see they brought back the chicken supreme, it was a winner! I would order it again flavorful worth the money (double). I was hungry.

I always stop by late at night, and Alex makes the drive-thru experience a 10/10 every time—even at 2 a.m.! His customer service is genuine, accommodating, and professional. You can tell he really cares about the customers, and that kind of consistency at that hour deserves recognition. Big shoutout to Alex for making late-night Jack in the Box runs the best!

Have had good experiences here.. well once. 2nd time I came back, barely gave any BBQ sauce, gave me a reg fry when I very clearly stated curly. Then the kid working the drive thru was rude when I brought it to his attn. Probably womt come back for a 3rd visit -

I Definitely Liked The Food And Awesome Service I Received Here.
They are very deaf and then very expensive for imperial beach there is another much cheaper one, I recommend them and the iced coffee is also cheaper, it is at 3.37 and the large one is at 4.67, so a few cents cheaper.
