The subs are delicious, but the bathroom is disgusting, without water in the toilet and dirty, the tables are neglected and DIRTY, the eating patio has garbage on the floor and the tables are also DIRTY. It's disgusting that they have a place with good food, but DIRTY and neglected

This sounds petty but we've ordered delivery from this store twice now. Usually 4 sandwiches at a time. Both times, they didn't label the bags with what sandwich is inside, so we've had to open each one to see whose belongs to who. When you order for guests, that's inconvenient considering you have to touch their sandwich to do this. I don't know if it's employee laziness or forgetfulness but PLEASE, label the sandwiches. Especially for delivery orders.

I've got a regular Italian sandwich, and I've told them CLEARLY not to put cheese on it, but guess what? Rude enough, they did not listen. Also, they took out the wrong bread, they had to repeat making sandwich 3 times and did not make it half way, they grilled the salami, there heads we're in ᕙ[･･]ᕗ land, and is not made to make the sandwich, and after 30 minutes, when they just can't, I had to leave to the Panda Express, but before I did, I rosed my voice and told them that this was the worst Jersey Mike's with the worst service and atmosphere ever and I will never come back here. Then left, and also, there were some people from Jersey Mike's that came over to Panda.

The food is excellent, I would say it's worth what they charge you (more expensive than Subway) but from time to time you can indulge yourself. The employees do not attend to what is outside the counter, they do not supply straws, lids for glasses and the worst thing is, they do not clean the tables!!
