First time. Ordered # 14 plus a mini Turkey sandwich. The large sandwich was very tasty and fresh.

This place has always been meh for the decade+ I've lived here, I only gets hot subs, but the last time I went they literally mix and matched between two sandwiches in an order, but missed the meat off both. It was like a commitment was made to get everything wrong lol. I wasn't even mad: I was impressed.

Not cheap. $20 per sandwich. EXTREMELY STINGY on meat but TONS, literally, of shredded lettuce. Meat does not cover sub bun. I'm absolutely SHOCKED no olives, no green peppers, no pepper jack cheese. Also the chicken salad needs favor. WARNING. Parking at this location is TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

Every-time I do a pick up, not one person greets me and then I stand in front of pick-up-waiting for my bag. I see ready just starring at me waiting. Granted there were 3 people in front of me and 3 workers. But, they should also acknowledge a pick-up. The whole point behind ordering online is to bypass and wait.

Horrible service and attitude! I walked into an empty shop with no employee acknowledging or saying hi. I stood there for minutes and received no response. After being ignored, I decided to take my business next door to Pollo Grill.

It's Friday 6:47 pm and the lady cook who prepared my big kahuna cheese steak spinach wrap did an incredibly amazing job ? thank you so much!!!
The subs are delicious, but the bathroom is disgusting, without water in the toilet and dirty, the tables are neglected and DIRTY, the eating patio has garbage on the floor and the tables are also DIRTY. It's disgusting that they have a place with good food, but DIRTY and neglected

This sounds petty but we've ordered delivery from this store twice now. Usually 4 sandwiches at a time. Both times, they didn't label the bags with what sandwich is inside, so we've had to open each one to see whose belongs to who. When you order for guests, that's inconvenient considering you have to touch their sandwich to do this. I don't know if it's employee laziness or forgetfulness but PLEASE, label the sandwiches. Especially for delivery orders.
