My family and I have been coming here for years and their food is consistently great. Our favorites are the Chicken Katsu and Garlic Shrimp plates. SO good! We love that they have healthy options too. Excellent customer service as well.

Food is superb! Perfectly cooked. This location seems to really have everything down to perfection! Staff was awesome also! They were taking orders and getting them out quickly!

Love this place! My favorite is the short ribs. The staff is very nice. I highly recommend the rib plate!! 😊

Came here tonight and they were very busy. Food took about 35min to come out, I didn't mind the wait considering the amount of tickets in the kitchen. I ordered a custom plate with BBQ ribs plate, chicken katsu, and all Mac. As well as a Filipino sausage plate.

When the food came out I was handed the wrong bag of food which I didn't notice until I got home. So I had to drive all the way back to get it corrected.

I finally arrived home with the correct order and the food wasnt even hot anymore because it was just sitting out for 20+ min. There was no plasticware in the bag, there was no sauce for my katsu, the bbq ribs were dry and overcooked, and the Filipino sausage only comes with 2 sausages? For $14?

ABSOLUTELY disappointed with this visit. Not because of the wait time, but because of the messed up order, no apology from the staff, overcooked food, missing sauces and utensils, and the sad 2 pieces of sausage.

i liked this place a lot. I only get Spam Musubi and Mac salad. I order 6 Musubi's through door dash. I am just trying to figure out how you can serve burnt Spam Musubi?! So disappointed. I will not be returning

I would rate this place in food and atmosphere but I didn’t even get to place my order. I called twice and got put on hold by the same girl. The first time, after about 10 mins, I decided to hang up and call again. I was placed on hold again without given the chance to say anything. I gave them the opportunity to better the service, maybe they were busy or something. After another 10 mins, I hung up again. I was already driving to that location so, when I arrived, I saw they place was nit busy at all. That irritated me even more. So, I took my business elsewhere. I walked over to Flame Broiler.

Sept 10, 2025. Waited 24 min for my meal and they’re not even busy. Ordered at 12:45 and got my meal at 1:09. Ridiculous!

There's no reason why you should have callers on hold for 15+ minutes. Since nobody picked up my call, I had to waste my time and when I physically arrived at the store I noticed that there wasn't even a line and the cashier Ally had thrown the phone on the side. Horrible customer service for some mid tasting food. Not coming back here again.

Food great as always. But Had to stand in front of the register for about 15 min before someone acknowledged me and asked if I had been helped. Didn’t even get a “I’ll be with you in just a minute” from anyone behind the counter. I was there simply to pick up an online order which was already ready.
