Olga the manager refused to give customer service and give me a refund after a meal I didnât get that I ordered and paid for from the app. I arrived at the restaurant and the cashier at the window said they werenât open yet. She could have resolved my problem at that moment. I returned later when they were open and the manager told me yet again to return the next day.

I pick up for uber eats and this is the worat McDonaldâs compared to any , terrible customer service orders always take too long and they often forget or are simply too busy to even notice or care , I honestly donât understand how this McDonaldâs is still in business
Always issues with this location. Everytime I come, the cashiers are always in the back chatting it up with the back. Very dismissive to customers, and have no sense of urgency. I mobile ordered an iced coffee. I go to pick it up about 10 minutes later, and when I get there thereâs nobody in front. After a good bit of waiting, a girl comes up and when I ask for my order, she doesnât even check, just tells me itâs not ready. Meanwhile I hear on the drive thru side them giving my order to a car and itâs refused because itâs the wrong order. Hearing that, I tell them that I think my order is on the drive thru side. Cashier proceeds to ignore me another 5 minutes until a different lady comes to ask if anyone ordered an iced coffee (large vanilla to be exact). Normally I would take the mediocre service and leave no issues, but the fact that it happens every time I come to this McDonaldâs, inspired me to leave this google review. I hope service is improved, or if itâs a staffing issue, hire more staff. Preferably people who arenât ignoring customers to chat with coworkers in the back.
