They wanna sit there and make me wait 30 minutes for a little cheese burger and fries horrible service here on top of that wanna sa they gave us the wrong receipt. Dont come to this McDonald’s I want a refund.

My wife and I were here about a week ago, probably around 10am. I thought the digital kiosk was out of order so I lined up to the card/cash line to order. All of a sudden a crew approached and told us that she will help us do the order on the touch screen kiosk. This lady crew did all the order and then transferred to the counter for payment. She did it without any attitude or hesitation. She talked to us in excellent English probably knowing that we don't speak Spanish. Kudos to this bilingual lady crew!!

Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s on Broadway, Chula Vista
I had a truly frustrating experience at this location on 8/22/25 I arrived during a busy lunch hour and was directed to use the kiosk due to the long line. I placed my order at 12:27 PM, but the kiosk failed to print a receipt, so I had to request one from the front counter.
After sitting down, I noticed several customers receiving their food—even those who ordered after me. By 12:53 PM, my order number still hadn’t appeared on the screen. I approached the counter, where multiple customers were already expressing frustration with the service. When I asked about my order, the employee named Gabby snatched the receipt from my hand without a word. Several nearby customers even commented on how rude that was.
Gabby then walked to the kitchen and said in Spanish, “I need four chicken strips please,” which made it clear my order hadn’t even been started. After waiting another four minutes, I had no choice but to cancel—I was on my lunch break and couldn’t afford to wait any longer.
This experience was unacceptable: 26 minutes for a simple order that hadn’t even been initiated, paired with dismissive and disrespectful customer service. I hope management addresses both the operational delays and the need for basic courtesy toward paying customers.
8/19/2025 morning around 8am
The lady manager is not very nice. Her crew messed up my order, I had to come back and wait another 15 minutes to get my order straightened, I couldn't even get someone right away to talk to, I had to wait and when I asked for a cup of hot water she had the audacity to remind me that they usually charge for the cup. Seriously??? That is rude!!! After messing up with my order and wasted additional 15 minutes of my time that should be given as complementary!!! That's the least she could have done! She thinks the stupid cup worth more than other people's time.
I was just in this McDonald's. Ordered 2 plain English muffins, they gave me the full sandwich, I don't eat meat, I asked for PLAIN. The crew were nice, they fixed my order, but I couldn't get people to help me right away, I had to wait to finally get someone to talk to them waited some more to get my order.
I notice from the reviews this is not the first time people complain about her. Learn to do business better!!

God, senior coffee perfect the way I like it two creams one Splenda. A cup of ice because they're coffee is steaming hot

the cashier was very patient even though I couldn't make up my mind and or switched up my order for like 5 minutes lol. food was super hot how I like it and they didn't hesitate to try and give my friend and I a pleasant experience. been stopping by this one for twenty years since I was a kid

This is the rudest McDonald’s I have been to, received my order didn’t get my ranch that I had ordered with it, also no ketchup was given to us or napkins, in order for me to get something from any staff we had to wait for them to come up to the counter which it could be up to 5 mins just standing there waiting, expecting for you to use the kiosk. I asked for my ranch and one of the girls told me I never ordered a ranch and I had my receipt in my hand. She still wanted to charge me for ranch and ketchup after that! They all had an attitude with all customers! As I said my ranch was on my receipt.

I did a mobile order on 7/16/25 around 10pm last night and went to go pick it up when i arrived there was a line of cars no one was answering at the drive through so I went to look inside and there were 2 male employees sitting down and 1 girl cleaning I knocked on the window and one of they guys said it was closed even though the sign on the door says drive through closes at midnight . I waited for about 15 minutes for no help !!! Now I have to wait to be refunded because this place failed to provide correct business hours !

Plenty of parking, service is slow because of only 1 person doing it all. 4 stars for her to bad rest of staff can't participate as a team. Taples get left dirty, leaving nowhere to sit.
