La Sinaloense is a family owned restaurant that serves authentic cuisine from the Sinaloa region of Mexico.
I ordered the tostada del viejon for dinner. The presentation was stunning. It was a really great dish, it looked as good as it tasted. The dish was made up of the freshest ingredients and had lots of flavor.

Lived in san diego for 12 years, this is the best Mexican food and atmosphere i have had here period. The prices match the portion sizes, and the waitresses were so quick and helpful. Touristy mex resturants cannot top this.

La Sinaloense Chula Vista offered a balanced dining environment with casual yet organized seating. The patio and outdoor seating created a refreshing ambience for guests. The menu provided tacos, shrimp tacos, pescado a la plancha, camarón a la plancha, en diablada and great seafood choices and refried beans. The food is delicious, authentic Mexican tasting and very good. Flavor is great and not fishy, with tasty salsas, chips and jugo verde. Portions are generous and the service is friendly, prompt and staff showed attentiveness. Staff make drinks replenished and tables are cleanly maintained for new arrivals. The experience felt comfortable and not rushed, with reasonable preparation times and warm dishes. Atmosphere is very authentic and the vibe is kind and attractive. Food is a little pricey but very worth it. The restaurant has become a favorite place for families and for those who love generous portions and amazing flavor. Karaoke is available on Friday night and a taco Tuesday special is offered, although shrimp tacos are not available.
