Amazing food. We ordered Mr.Toast original (French toast), Los ChillaKillez and chunky chorizo, hands down great portions and great service. This is our 2nd time here and still taste as great and the first time. Totally recommend this spot.

In addition to the photos I posted we also ordered fried chicken adobo and waffles and traditional Filipino breakfast longanisa with garlic rice. Food and service was good. Plan on returning when I am in the area again.

I've been to Mexipino a few times already. The first time was a few years ago and I felt like I liked it for a Fusion restaurant. Being Filipino and loving Mexico food as well, it seemed like a no brainer. The restaurant is kinda small, but cute. I don't know why but it always was hot and smelled weird a little bit, probably because the kitchen is open ceiling and smell fills up the room. Anyways, today I ordered a chicken tocino magandang umaga. It comes with 2 eggs (however you want), garlic rice, your choice of protein (chicken tocino, spam, longanisa). I chose tocino because I was craving it. I didn't want to drive to National City or even to the Seafood City on Orange Ave to get my fix. The chicken was okay. No weird pieces but it didn't taste like much. The "garlic" rice was bad. Didn't look like there were garlic pieces in it and it was pretty sticky, they just have used calrose instead of jasmine or something. It tasted like they didn't wash the rice before cooking it or something. It had this after taste that was baaaaad. I asked for spicy vinegar, they had none. Usually Filipino breakfast comes with spicy vinegar but it wasn't even an option. It was just all very sad. Food was bland. The girl was nice but it was just not what I was expecting as a quick fix for Filipino breakfast.

Discovered this Mexican Filipino fusion restaurant in Chula Vista and it was surprisingly good. Most Filipino places don't have decent portions but this place has generous portions. My friend and I ate the Mexipino and "Magandang Umaga" which means good morning in Tagalog and we really enjoyed. The dude who served us "Richie" was polite and patient and service was prompt. What we didn't eat but the tables beside us did was "The Giants" which were pizza sized pancakes in different flavors. We even watched a customer order one of these giant pancakes to go. Must be a popular dish. Will definitely eat here again when we visit Chula Vista.

Amo los chilaquiles verdes de este lugar llegamos por que nos moríamos de hambre y fue la mejor decisión, las aguas son riquísimas y las hacen al momento, todo está muy fresco.

I'm a fan of Mexican and food and Filipino food. So having options of both together is a plus. The portions are a good size to share. Aqua Fresca are delicious and a good cup of coffee.

This place has been on my list for awhile and finally got the chance to try them for breakfast. The menu isn't too extensive and it is a fusion restaurant. We opt for the hash and adobo chicken and waffles. The flavors were on point and the waggle was fluffy and tasty especially with syrup. The hash had a bunch of meats and all blended well together. This is located in a busy shopping centerwith plenty of parking. You walk in and are greeted and can either scan the QR code for their menu or there is a menu screen that hangs near the entrance and depending on where you are sitting, it can be easily viewed. There is a cute chic ambience and this place has a lot of "to-go" orders which could make your wait a little longer, however with a handful of people, our order can out not too terribly long after we ordered as we watched people come and go. A great breakfast/brunch spot, we will definitely be back to try other items on the menu asCustomer service is great here as well.

Such delicious food and drinks. Very impressed with this establishment. I was very happy to visit this establishment recently, and I was not disappointed. They have excellent customer service. The employees are super friendly and help me decide on what items to get. The atmosphere was very cool, modern, and very clean. I was very impressed with the large selection of delicious food items. The food and drinks that we ordered, we're very delicious and highly recommended. Definitely will be coming back soon with my family and friends. Do not miss out on this awesome business in town. A++++ service all the way. Five stars all the way! Highly, highly recommended! Support a local business!

I wish this place was open until the evening so they could serve Mexican-Filipino main dishes for dinner. As it stands, Mexipino Craft only has breakfast and lunch fare which are reflected by their operating hours. I stopped by after an appointment in the area to pick up some food to-go. The inside had a metallic decor and enough tables to seat about 20 customers. Parking in the Sommerset Plaza West lot was fairly reasonable. The Pork Trio Scramble was what I ended up ordering. The three meats were longanisa, bacon, and spam. There was a sweet taste to this breakfast dish which came with a side of house potatoes. The serving size was generous for the price. Some of the fusion menu items sounded interesting like the Adobo Fried Chicken & Waffles. A future visit is definitely in the cards so I can sample their other offerings. I gave four stars for the quality and quantity of food in the scramble.

I never had a Mexican-Filipino fusion spot. They specialist in breakfast/brunch. The presentation was good, the proportion was good too. I think my favorite thing was their calamansi mint drink. The dish I had was a little salty but it was delicious. We were the only group in the restaurant so we good some good service. Everyone was very nice.

Great food, great service. I did a pick up order and when they heard me getting exited for black beans they put some extra just for me with out me asking. Also, they forgot to give us maple syrup for the waffles and when I called the person who answered said - "Do you live near? I can take it to you right now"- Who does that? I was so pleasantly surprised that that made all the difference in the world even if I said that he didn't have to do that. Will definitely order from this place again.
