Stopped by to try it as we've heard great things about the place: Not pictured are the chilaquiles which were also SO well prepared, crispy and perfect amount of sauce. The fries are great and the chicken tocino adds such a unique smoky flavor, a MUST try! The ube pancake was also delicious and easily split between 4-5 people. Overall great service, the owner served us himself and checked in frequently to make sure everything was to our liking. Awesome family owned establishment.
I met up with a friend here; I drove about 25 minutes to get here. There was enough different options to choose from and although I didn't order the pancake, someone next to us did and it was ginormous!! The food was tasty and the coffee was good too. They do refill coffee when dining in & offer hazelnut creamer or powdered creamer. It is not a large restaurant, but did not feel claustrophobic. Legit. I can't describe it any other way. It's not just that the food is a creative blend of Filipino and Mexican. The quality of the food is fantastic. I had the Mexipino griddle plate and the mix of the longaniza and ube with the potatoes and eggs was perfect. I can't wait to go back!
