Went here for dinner on a rainy day, service was fast we ordered two large pho specials and a order or spring rolls, pho was hot and meat and veggies were fresh, large portions of meat, spring rolls were also fresh and ready to eat.

Run of the mill pho restaurant with decent food. Our server had attitude and really was not pleasant to deal with. He also later went out to smoke right outside the entrance we could smell it from our table. Can't really recommend this place to anyone.

had a LIVE big crawl out of my bbq beef spring roll😭😭😭 BE CAREFUL FOR BUGS GUYS cause another family got up and left for finding a bug in their food too last time i ate here, anwyays I let our server know there was a bug she took my plate and never came back, when we went to go pay they were about to charge us full price😭 LIKE BRUH TAKE OFF MY SPRING ROLLS!!! it seems like the employees here dont even care about bugs being in their food!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered the #26 large and an order of shrimp spring rolls. I was given a small bag and I thought that maybe they’d placed the rolls in a smaller container. Once I was home did I realize that they only gave me the pho. I called them and they told me to go back for the rolls. When I got there, I told the girl at the front and she went to check in with the cook, who said that they packaged the rolls even though they didn’t. After some back and forth, she came back with the order in its traditional large container. Disgustingly, I didn’t realize that there was a long black straight hair stuck between the rice paper until I almost finished it🤮 This was such a disappointing and DISGUSTING experience! Don’t come here and go to Pho Anh & Grill instead. Pho Hung Cali’s peanut sauce was also super watered down and barely tasted like peanut butter. Such a disappointing establishment.

Mostly all is great, the reason for a 4 star is because I order 1 large and 1 regular pho. I get home and I have 2 regulars. Just hate driving back yes I should have chcecked before leaving. Still I am going to look for a different place just because of this.

Pho Hung Cali in Chula Vista is a simple restaurant but the food was pretty good. I ordered seafood pho with vegetable broth along with spring rolls. The shrimp spring rolls were just okay but the pho was very clean tasting and had a nice light flavor. The portion was a good amount even for a regular size. The service was good and overall it was a nice meal.
