Mostly all is great, the reason for a 4 star is because I order 1 large and 1 regular pho. I get home and I have 2 regulars. Just hate driving back yes I should have chcecked before leaving. Still I am going to look for a different place just because of this.

Pho Hung Cali in Chula Vista is a simple restaurant but the food was pretty good. I ordered seafood pho with vegetable broth along with spring rolls. The shrimp spring rolls were just okay but the pho was very clean tasting and had a nice light flavor. The portion was a good amount even for a regular size. The service was good and overall it was a nice meal.

Very nice place to grab some authentic vietnamese food. Food was very good and service was excellent The interior could use a little upgrade or rearranging to make the layout flow. 😊
