I ordered a grande dragon fruit lemonade with light ice, instead they made a venti. When I realized they charged for a venti I had them fix it. They dumped my drink and remade my drink but not the way I asked. They made it a grande but filled the cup to the top with ice. I barely got any actual drink.

Person at the speaker was polite, the issues was the drink I requested was not to my expectations, ordered a venti Carmel frap w/ extra caramel drizzle and 2 extra shots. I drove 4mn to my destination, the content was totally liquid no traces of it being a frap. Total disappointment.

The establishment is on a corner and is very clean and quiet.
The staff are super sweet, welcoming and attentive. When I arrived, it was empty, and it didn't take them long to prepare my drink. There are tables inside and outside.
The bathroom requires a code, which they kindly provide.

I stop by this location at least three times a week after work. My order is always spot-on, and their staff is very friendly to every customer. Keep up the good work!

Rude Employee the girl at the drive through was very rude and she felt entitled when I asked her to add whip cream to my coffee she said that doesn’t come with that you have to request that and she was just negative maybe having a bad day but she gave me something else. and I had to re order my drink 3 times because she didn’t took the time to listen to me instead she just gave me a coffee that I never order Twice not once twice. so I had to go inside and explain carefully my order.

I go in to buy my coffee and ask, “is there a key or code to the restroom” as I am preparing to pay. That’s when I find that this location no longer allows customers to use the restroom.
As a woman, being treated by another woman in a way that restricts my access to a bathroom - a human need, particularly when drinking coffee - it hurts. We NEED access to restrooms as women, we risk infections when holding it.
However, though I didn’t mention it to the woman who quickly turned her back and shunned me with an energy that was palpable as I said, “never mind on the coffee,” I have specific circumstances that make my access to bathroom especially important - and on this day, I was using my free will to go for an extremely long walk.
I enjoy extremely long walks because I enjoy using my legs since I’ve had MS for almost twenty years. For well over a decade, I’ve had an extremely poor bladder. She couldn’t see that on me. She just saw another woman going for a walk and getting a coffee - and yet she denied me a human need. Human to human - I worked at a coffee shop for years and never denied anyone a bathroom even when my boss told me to, because I have free will.
It’s quite depressing because just about a thirty minute trip away from here, you’ll be met with signs instructing people not to step in certain places because homeless frequently pee there.
I suppose Starbucks is contributing to infections all around. They just can’t make enough money and honestly hire nasty humans who either need to work on using their free will or work on being better more conscious humans.
