If I would've know how bad the reviews were at this starbucks I wouldn't have gone. I experienced bad customer service from the cashier/barista Nyssa. She has 0 customer service. As I was trying to talk to her, she kept talking over me. Instead of being nice and explain what I was trying to ask for, she was just looking at me like I was stupid. Never again. This is the first time I've ever experienced bad customer service from a Starbucks.

Cons: 1. They stop taking online orders 2. They take long to make your drink 3. Staffs are unfriendly 4. Sometimes they don't call out your name when your order is ready, they just place it at the pickup counter 5. The place is so messy! 6. More expensive than other locations closeby

They never have expresses, they go 3 or 4 times in approximately 6 months on different days and it just so happens that their machine never works.

I went early on a Friday and only had a100 dólar bill , they were rude because they said we have no change , I head forced to pay with credit .
Just not happy with the servers they just don't listen to what the customer what's I ask with light ice and it's the second time the do it and not only that they get upset and put less of what I ask and just put more milk and my drink just tastes like milk bad servers need to pay attention and stop talking between

Great attention, everything very fast except that the tables are super dirty, but as I always comment, not everything depends on the workers, but if they have to supervise, I had to clean the table where I was going to work.

I went in on my birthday like I do every year to redeem my Starbucks drink the cashier kept talking over me as I was trying to tell her that I’m redeeming my birthday drink. So then she proceeds to try and charge me for it. Then I’m waiting for my drink and it comes out and looks like water with pink food coloring in it basically nothing like what I would get somewhere else. It tastes like water with a splash of lemonade.
