Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is an excellent burger and family restaurant. The service is amazing, with the server offering great advice and menu explanations, and even bringing a tasting of all the sauces. The restaurant offers bottomless fries, sides, drinks, and root beer floats, as well as salad and broccoli options. The burgers, including the Turkey burger with pepper jack cheese and chipotle, and the Whiskey River chicken sandwich, are delicious. The atmosphere is lively, great for groups and families, though not ideal for intimate conversations. The restaurant also has multiple employees and managers checking in to ensure customers have everything they need. The prices may be a bit higher, but the rewards program helps offset the cost, and the bottomless sides for kids make it a great family-friendly option.
Customers have recently praised the fast and friendly service, great portions, and delicious burgers like the Buzzer Beater Bacon Cheeseburger. The server, Laura, and the manager, Mrs. Robin, have been particularly commended for their attentive and patient service, even with large parties and children. The $10 special, which includes a cheeseburger, bottomless fries, and a drink, has also been highlighted as a great value. Customers have also enjoyed the Mac and cheese, boneless wings, and the overall good atmosphere at the restaurant.
