Today I order a mobile app at 5:02am I went down to the pickup window a little bit of pastime that the app showed me the lights were off in the outside there were like five workers I was standing outside the window for a while no one came up to the window I went to my truck to grab my phone to see what time they were open it says it was open I went back again to the window and no one came up I thought they were waiting for the lights outside to light up so I went back to my truck and waited until a lady drove up and walked up to the window they serve her it was like around 5:25am so I woke up next after her and they did serve me and I told what just happened to Vanessa that she was the one in charge she just told me I'm sorry feel bad cuz this is the first time this has happened this is my neighborhood Starbucks

I usually looveee this location specifically which is why i always go here! However that will be changing. I went tonight at 10pm and it says they close at 10:30. As soon as i pulled into the drive through no one said anything so i waited patiently. While i was waiting i saw an employee look out the window clearly see me!! and instead of communicating to me “we’re closed or we closed early “ literally anything they decided to dim the lights and then turn them off completely. I would have understood if they closed early, but the fact that they turned off the lights and turned them back on as soon as i drove away instead of communicating with a customer was really unprofessional and i expected so much better from a company like starbucks. On top of that i called to see if they were open and the “manager” said yes we close drive through until 10:30 and i explained to her what happened and she basically said i was lying. She said “i’ve been here and that didn’t happen” here is a picture for proof that they turned off the lights before 10:30 and started turning them back on as soon as i started driving away. I arrived at the drive-through on a Friday around 8:50pm. Ordered a pike place medium roast hot coffee. They told me that they didn’t have it available because they already cleaned their machines. I told the person that they closed at 10pm. She didn’t care. Lol.

i ordered a matcha here expecting a vibrant color of green… instead i ended up with a drink that looked almost white and the matcha ended up being in CLUMPS ON THE BOTTOM which is diabolically the WORST MATCHA thats ever been handed to me at a starbucks. IT BECAME MOSTLY MILK AND THE MATCHA IS ALMOST TASTELESS ALL I WAS DRINKING WITH EVERY SIP WAS BASICALLY JUST STRAIGHT UP MILK. cant believe i spent almost 7 dollars for a drink that wasnt even executed correctly AND i had to wait a large amount of time just to get the worst drink ever. if you were to go to a starbucks, i would avoid going here
