I've been a regular customer at this Subway, and the employees are always great. However, there's a recurring issue with a group of kids who are constantly harassing customers and causing a disturbance. It happens daily between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. This behavior is creating a very uncomfortable and disruptive environment. I hope the staff can take action to address this issue and ensure the safety and comfort of their customers.
Zander is absolutely amazing. I do however have issues with his management, how are you going to have this poor man all by himself while it's busy? Shame on you. You are lucky that he keeps super calm under pressure. Either give this man a raise or oh I don't staff your establishment adequately. You as managers should be ashamed of yourselves. Just because he can do it doesn't mean he should have to.
Subway is my go to when I need comfort , and health food. Keto bread is now available and there is no difference in taste. I still love the custom sub choices and that I can build my own or choose from menu usual footlongs favorites. I love the free food and discounts offered through the app usage.
