Taco Lounge is our favorite local taco shop! They serve high quality ingredients each and every time! The staff is kind, consistent & super efficient. My favorite is the grilled shrimp taco. They use fresh avocados & the best chipotle sauce! My daughter's favorite is the carne asada tacos (& occasionally carne asada fries). We also love the Birria taco (pictured) & consommé. We dine-in often and do take-out as well. Both dining options are great. Taco Lounge is clean & inviting. The staff sets you up with all of the necessary condiments. Even though they ran out of churros when I wanted another. (They told me after they charged me for it smh) The shrimp taco was so freaking good as well as the others.

The food is like a three out of 10 considering how many delicious Mexican food places there are in San Diego. The service is good the ambience is OK I would definitely eat at plenty of other taco shops before eating here again.

(First visit) I had the Al Pastor protein bowl. The meat was very flavorful and tender. Problem is there was barely any meat, or beans, or pico de gallo. This dish is better described as a carb bowl (rice) with a protein accent.I was impressed with the flavor of the al pastor and will try it in another form during my next visit (taco, burrito, etc).

Found the Monday fish tacos to be fat... Best fish tacos around. A must try for anyone traveling in the Chula Vista area...
I like it. Nice people working there. Good food and a clean new place. We got the protein bowl and 2 burritos all tasted very fresh. And their salsas are on par not the greatest but good. If you like it spicy though get one of their chili oils. Don't need much to make your tongue tingle. Keep doing what you are doing and keep the place clean. We will surely come back when we are in the area next time.

I have been going to lot's of concerts, this is my goto stop. Seconds away from tailgate splendor. Yes, the staff is super friendly. Clean, light and bright.Last time, Pollo Adobado Burrito. How lucky for me, they are a special on Thursdays!.I'm 100 KG, the burrito is a good tummy fill. Price? Plenty of places are more expensive.
