Taco Lounge Escaya Reviews
Food is good. Over priced
Service has always been good, no complaints there. Atmosphere is fine, it's not beat up nor does it look old but it's a taco shop at the end of the day. Food tastes fine and of average size, not too small but no abundance either. What has become their biggest fail is the price, $3 for an average street taco is crazy, it's not that great nor large enough to ask $3 for a average chicken, pork or fish taco. Come on, the other location closed don't follow suit by crazy pricing.

Taco Lounge Escaya is a delightful Mexican restaurant that offers an inviting atmosphere and delicious food at great prices. The menu features protein bowls, fish tacos, chicken and pork tacos, and includes good shrimp tacos and asada tacos, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Customers have enjoyed dishes like spicy shrimp tacos, cheese quesadilla, and asada fries, with friendly service that often has a smile. The place is clean, and their sound system is bangin, providing a clean and crisp sound experience. While the portions of rice and refried beans could be more generous, the staff is friendly, prompt, and attentive, which contributes to a five-star dining experience. Customers appreciate the good breakfast options, such as the ham and eggs breakfast burrito, which is nicely filled with all ingredients and served on a good quality buttery flour tortilla. The side of rice is flavorful with a good loose texture, and the crispy tortilla chips are lightly seasoned and great with red hot sauce. Visitors can enjoy specials like $1.99 fish tacos and chicken or pork tacos on Mondays and Tuesdays. The restaurant offers ample seating inside and outside, making it a convenient spot for taco lovers. The sound system adds to the lively atmosphere, and if needed, ice cream is available next door, with liquor across the street. Recent reviews note that the food remains good overall, despite some inconsistencies like overcooked fish in certain tacos.
