Terzo Bakery & Cafe Reviews
Holy Cow!! In the area for my nephews wedding and needed coffee. Thank you Google. Dude made an awesome cup of Latte. The baked goods looked amazing but we were on our way to a wedding dinner. 2nd day, 2nd trip. Latte just as good today and we bought breakfast stuff. Everything we bought was FANTASTIC! But the brownie, ahhhh, the brownie. It was dipped in chocolate with white chocolate drizzle and nuts. It was super FANTASTIC!! My hubs and I just split it. DIL is going...read full review
I'm surprised they're not more popular. They actually do have really good drinks and pastries. I love this place and the location is amazing. They're right in front of a park in downtown 3rd ave, which is a gem. I think they need more staff since it can get busy.
This bakery is the best! Cakes remind me European style, simply delicious and not overly sweet. My favorites are cream horns, eclairs and canolli. I'd say better than home, back in Ukraine.

Terzo Bakery & Cafe in San Diego is a gem that offers the best chocolate and almond croissants in town, featuring a thin, glasslike texture that is buttery and soft. The bakery also serves divine snowball cookies, fruit tarts, and mini cheesecakes that melt in your mouth. The head baker, Karla, introduces new offerings like Tres Leches pineapple and berries and cream. The cafe has fantastic coffee options, including a well-made latte that is smooth and flavorful, served at the perfect temperature. There is outdoor seating and a great selection of pastries, including personal-sized cakes and a brunch menu that is super delicious and affordable. While there are no gluten-free options available, the service is amazing, with staff being very friendly. Although the atmosphere might seem a bit outdated and the indoor seating is nothing special, the pastries, like the chocolate croissant and the coconut cake, are standout items that make it worth a visit. With easy parking and a cozy ambiance, this is the perfect spot to enjoy a pastry or catch up with a friend.
