Poor service by employees that don't listen. Received the wrong order multiple times and received attitude on top of it. Complaint to Corporate was not addressed. Will never go there again. The food is too expensive anyway.

Eastlake Chula Vista. Sorry to say lately the 7 or em8 dollar meal has tasted like they are serving old food. The burger tast old the bread hard, The chicken nuggets are hard and the French fries are dark and old tasting. I use to buy for the kids all the time but now we go somewhere else!

The late night crew came off very immature at the drive thru, seemingly laughing at me as they repeated my order. Had I not already paid, I would have left. They quite possibly were not sober. I wouldn't trust eating food from there again.

Person in the drive thru speaks so fast you can't understand a word she says. When you tell her that she speaks loud, slow and condescending. She hands you your food and RUNS away so you can't finish asking for anything. Absolutely worst service. Prices are outrageous and you are getting almost nothing for the money. The very worst value in town. Overall I wouldn't go back because nothing was worth the price or attitude.

When I have to get fast food, my first choice is always Wendy's. When you buy the frosty key chain at the end of the year, you get a free jr small frosty the following year with every order.
