Good service. This store is more modern and clean compared to others in the area. Love the soda machine!

The customer service here was less than mediocre, which already says a lot. We waited extra time for the tenders and two (of the boxes) weren’t even hot, only mine was genuinely hot.

We went to Wendy's for lunch today it's usually really good. The food was good the service was not so much. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger biggie bags with a 50/50 Frosty, and the chicken BLT with a medium Dave's signature strawberry lemonade. The lady in the Drive-Thru asked us what kind of sauce we wanted for the nuggets and we said sweet and sour and barbecue and she said they have a new policy that it's 50 cents for extra sauce you only get one with each biggie bag. Clearly that's the company policy it's not her fault but 50 cents for a tiny sauce dip. I would have paid a quarter but 50 cents is ridiculous. She tells us the total to go to the second window. I was amazed it was under $20. We get to the second window and we my husband has the guy the money and he throws the change with the receipt back into his hand.. before my husband had a chance to turn and put the change in receipt down he was already trying to hand him the drinks. Before you could put the drinks down the guy was throwing the 2 bags of food out the window at him. Not literally throwing, but he was so quick to shove it out the window and give it to my husband that it felt like throwing. They weren't busy, there was one person in front of us when we pulled up and one pulled up behind us as we drove away. I handed my husband his hamburger to eat while he's driving, which he said was very good, hot and fresh. We're going to eat the chicken nuggets, but there was no sauce in either bag. So first she tells us if we wanted two sauces it was 50 cents extra for one and then they don't even give us any. Thank God we didn't pay for one cuz I would have been even more mad. My chicken BLT was pretty good. The Fry's in both bags were hard and not fresh, but they were hot. I'm not going to stop going to Wendy's over this it was more the people that were working then Wendy's itself I think it's ridiculous they charge $0.50 for an extra sauce, but I guess they need to make their money somehow... I will definitely go to Wendy's again and I will recommend it to friends and family.
The value is okay we got two big bags with a medium lemonade and one with a 50/50 Frosty for under $20. The biggie bag comes with sandwich of your choice that's listed on the menu 4-Piece nugget and a fry and a drink.

I asked if they were still serving breakfast and they said yes. I asked for bacon breakfast sandwich that they had. They lady kept giving me an hostile attitude asking if I wanted the #7. I kept saying the breakfast version since they said they were still serving breakfast when I asked. I couldn’t tell them the number because they had flipped the menu. I told her that too. That’s why I was trying my hardest to communicate the breakfast version. They gave me a normal burger. Doesn’t even have bacon. Just 2 patties. And this wasn’t what I paid for as well. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed in the attitude I was given at the drive thru. I’m not even sure why she was in a rush when there wasn’t many cars. Just one behind me. I’m not an argumentative person so I wasn’t going to go back and escalate the situation; but I wish she would’ve let me communicated what I needed so my order would’ve been correct and I get exactly what I paid for. If they wanted me to order from the lunch menu as well I would’ve kindly obliged; as long if I’m getting what I paid for. Maybe that worker had a rough morning?
Poor service by employees that don't listen. Received the wrong order multiple times and received attitude on top of it. Complaint to Corporate was not addressed. Will never go there again. The food is too expensive anyway.

This Wendy's has improved but still has a few issues. I've not had problems anymore with missing items, but I check before driving away. I only go through the drive- thru

Eastlake Chula Vista. Sorry to say lately the 7 or em8 dollar meal has tasted like they are serving old food.
The burger tast old the bread hard,
The chicken nuggets are hard and the French fries are dark and old tasting.
I use to buy for the kids all the time but now we go somewhere else!
