Person in the drive thru speaks so fast you can't understand a word she says. When you tell her that she speaks loud, slow and condescending. She hands you your food and RUNS away so you can't finish asking for anything. Absolutely worst service. Prices are outrageous and you are getting almost nothing for the money. The very worst value in town. Overall I wouldn't go back because nothing was worth the price or attitude.

When I have to get fast food, my first choice is always Wendy's. When you buy the frosty key chain at the end of the year, you get a free jr small frosty the following year with every order.
Drive through today was very slow, despite not many cars in front of me. My burger was fine, my ice tea far too diluted with too much ice. Could use some improvement, IMHO.

Went through drive through because of my spinal injury. I had to walk inside to have my food remade because it was cold. When the manager gave it back it was still cold. In pain I refused to keep trying to get them to correct it. Shame it took twice and still wasn't fresh I don't get it.

Every time I come here there’s a problem with the food. The last time the fries were cold even though advertised fresh and hot guaranteed!! My burgers weee also cold only thing hot was the chili. This time I ordered a pretzel bacon sandwich cold ugh I’m tired this one on Eastlake sucks never again too many chances. However the one on E st Chula Vista very good.
