This company fraudulently charged my account before shipping. 3 days later and no communication from them, I call and Diane tells me that MY order-that I was already charged for-was cancelled for suspected fraudulent activity. She also tells me I have to send them a picture of my drivers license and credit card. Can you say IDENTITY THEFT? The only fraudulent activity was them charging my account without shipping the product, not contacting me and my finance partner to report it and telling me I have to send copies of my ID and card. Of course I called my credit card company to report them! Do not order from this company. They charge your account, then cancel your order without contacting you, hope you forget about your order, so they can steal your $, then steal your identity. Bad bad company.
