Came here at 9:30pm to order pretzels and they told me that their kitchen is closed. I asked them don’t they close at 10pm?? They said yes but the kitchen closes early. Then why not close at 9:30??? I was only able to order ice cream. Unsatisfactory and disappointed. Can’t stand lazy service.
Elizabeth and Isabel did am amazing job at taking care of us! We came in with a huge group and they took care of us with the most incredible customer service and kindness. They had a level of professionalism that was impressive. Thank you for all your help!
