We just went through the drive thru. The nicest gentleman helped us. He was so friendly and kind. I felt that this experience warranted a 5 star Google review!! I didn't catch his name, but at 7:40PM this man at your drive thru...... he will be a manager one day. Thank you!! We had a great experience.

The restaurant was dirty and they were not even busy. My wife took the food to go and when we got home and opened the order the food was cold and not very good looking. The chicken was a little grey when opened. One order of chicken looked okay, but the other did not. For being a slow cooked process you would expect to see pink on the outer part of tue meat. Our chicken was pretty pink at the bone and surrounding. For the price of the food I would expect a higher quality. The other weird thing was the bones on the chicken were all broken. I understand that long cooking or high temps would cause this, but that is not the case here. It seems the bones were broken on purpose to relieve the blood from the marrow because the chicken is bot fresh it was frozen. Over all i would not recommend this location.

Well if your in a hurry not the place to go. Takes forever to take your order. Make sure you ask for salsa if you want some with your chips in a combo picture shows salsa in a cup on the displayed menu assuming it came with it wasn't asked if I wanted any n none in the bag when I got home threw the chips away. Irritating as hell

My first time at an El Pollo Loco and I won't be back. $15 for rotten lettuce and the world's hardest/driest chicken. Honestly think I got yesterday's or last weeks food, kind of waiting to see if I get food poisoning.

The lobby is supposed to be open until 9 p m. I pulled up at 850, And they locked the door when they saw me. My vehicle is too tall for the drive through, Which is 7 ft 10in, so I had to go elsewhere. My wife is pregnant was looking forward to this. Thanks a lot, guys.
