Well if your in a hurry not the place to go. Takes forever to take your order. Make sure you ask for salsa if you want some with your chips in a combo picture shows salsa in a cup on the displayed menu assuming it came with it wasn't asked if I wanted any n none in the bag when I got home threw the chips away. Irritating as hell

Paid $14 for "Double Chicken Salad" and all I got was a not so fresh greens and like maybe 5 dime size pieces of chicken. Like what ? So whats regular then ? Never going here again !!!!! lol

My first time at an El Pollo Loco and I won't be back. $15 for rotten lettuce and the world's hardest/driest chicken. Honestly think I got yesterday's or last weeks food, kind of waiting to see if I get food poisoning.

Having lunch here again today at the location on greenback in Citrus Heights, very nice job on the remodel on the inside and the food is always delicious. Keep up the good work.
The lobby is supposed to be open until 9 p m. I pulled up at 850, And they locked the door when they saw me. My vehicle is too tall for the drive through, Which is 7 ft 10in, so I had to go elsewhere. My wife is pregnant was looking forward to this. Thanks a lot, guys.
