One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at an El Pollo Loco. We ordered 16 tacos, which made it take a while and this establishment unfortunately doesn’t have a place to pull in if they need to take other orders while you wait so we asked if we can park on to the right in the next-door neighbor’s parking lot and he said that’s totally fine for this one time I can do that for you guys… I told him it’s kind of a long walk so I’ll go ahead and just...
