I always pass by this restaurant and I go to the convenience store next to it to buy lotto never been there but I decide to try today and surprisingly the food is really tasty. I would recommend to anybody go and try it. They ran out of beef, I will try beef Shawarma next time.

I recently dined at the Mediterranean Family Restaurant in Citrus Heights and we had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.The food was good and had a nice authentic Mediterranean flavor to it. However, we did find that the rice served with our dishes was a little hard. Aside from that, everything else we ordered was delicious and satisfying.The service was excellent, with our server being attentive and accommodating...

We had the falafel plate and chicken kabob plates and they were delicious! They came with an excellent lentil soup. The rice on the chicken plate was savory and good. The hummus that came with both plates was good, but a little watery.
