These are the most delicious sandwiches and their customer service is top tier. FYI, the cookies and brownies are good as well! Highly recommend a chocolate chip cookie.

Vegetarian options: Sandwiches are made to order. You can customize your sandwich by taking and adding things off. Very easy for ordering.

Overall, the price you are paying for a sandwich compared to the service just doesn't make sense. You ask for extra pickle. They give you a speech about charging more for pickles, and then you dont get pickles. You say no mustard yes to mayonnaise they give you mustard and yep you guessed it, no mayonnaise. 65 dollars for 3 people. Firehouse has to do better.

Whoever the gentleman working who answered the phone had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My husband and I ordered through door dash and I am not a fan of cheddar cheese. I called knowing it was a long shot to accommodate when it said no changes, but he was so kind and helpful. Would recommend just because of him!

Also, the sandwiches were great!
