Not the best Ethiopian I've ever had but each dish tasted unique compared to other Ethio restaurants I've been to. The sambusas were great and the lentils and Shiro were also standout items Updated from previous review on 2025-04-03

Without a doubt this a hidden gem restaurant featuring phenomenal Ethiopian cuisine. The vegan combo is beyond exceptional. And the people who work here are friendly, compassionate, courteous and respectful. I loved each of my trips to this restaurant. Wish Happy Cow allowed five stars because this place deserves it!! Gursha is an absolute gem in Roseville, and has a great selection of entrees for the carnivore or vegan appetites. When you become tired of the mundane restaurants that taste the same, I'd recommend Gursha for a change.
