We went through the drive thru at 1:26 am. One of 3 Mexican Ladys said she doesn't accept surveys that we did online and wrote the numbers on the receipt. We ordered 2 jumbo jacks with cheese. Usually the price is $14 at any other jack in the box but they said it's $22 for 2 jumbo jacks with cheese. That's crazy. She first said the number doesn't work. Then typed it in the price changed to $10. Still too much. She took our receipt because we didn't want to get it. She said we are cheating with the receipts too.

They did not give me my whole order & they did not answer their phone. Customer service was good I just wanted my whole order that we paid for. Imagine how much money they are robbing us from and wasting food.

I went there the other day the girls at the drive through are very rude and always have an attitude the guys that work the window are always polite what's the deal lady's, and what the hell ever happened to customer service for God's sake

Went to the drive through today and the Manager Ana was really rude. I ordered a coke and sprite she gave me two cokes I told her I didn’t order two Cokes, she grabs it and start speaking in Spanish to her co worker in a really rude manner. Then she didn’t give me straws or my receipt. It’s so annoying to be spoken to in a rude manner at a fast food place. They need to fire her. If she speaks to customers like that how does she treat the staff. I also left a message for the district manager.
