Leatherby's Family Creamery

We had a poor experience where we asked and were given the OK to eat a kid’s meal deal, as I wasn’t feeling hungry but needed to eat something. The employee said it was ok but he would have to charge me for a diet soda we asked for, even though the deal came with a drink. We said it was fine and enjoyed our meal. Then the manager brought us the bill and we saw that each item from the deal was itemized, which ended up being more than an adult meal. There was no discussion, and our server never came back, so we just kept chatting. After some time, the server came back and asked if we were ready to pay, we declined and he then came back a few minutes later to ask again, and then again. It was clear that he just wanted us to leave. So we paid and left. It’s not a real injustice, and is difficult to convey in short text. It was just a poor experience at a normally good restaurant.

Food was very pricey, our waitress Drako was not good, Very dismissive and seemed inconvenienced by us, please re-train her. Ice cream was top notch but may go to a different location for more professional, well mannered service

Pleasant place family-friendly great service

Over the years, Leatherbys has been our go-to choice for the best ice cream in town. Even with increased competition that hasn't changed, but now they provide a great deli-style restaurant experience as well! Super crab sandwich, very nice hamburgers and fries, surprisingly good egg salad and tuna. Now they need to introduce pastrami and we'll have it all! Here's remembering Daddy Dave!

Lots of ice cream per serving. But flavor was okay

I mean it's good ice cream and all that stuff but when you have to spend over $10 for a milkshake that's a little outrageous

Excellent choice with home made ice cream and a great family atmosphere. Been around since I was a little girl.

I’ve been trying to avoid sweets lately, but my friend convinced me to come here and I’m so glad she did! Their fries were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had, and the banana split was absolutely delicious. The best part? It wasn’t overly sweet.
There were three of us, and we just shared one order of each item, which turned out to be the perfect amount. We even had a little leftover at the endhehe!

Food was great, so was the service!

Ice cream galore and food. How do you beat that.
