Me and my wife got the chicken Big Mac meals the forgot my napkins and my sweet and sour sauce that i pad for and thay gave my wife the Rong drink
Pulled up to the drive-through, ignored for 5 minutes, another vehicle pulled up and was helped almost immediately, while we were ignored. Never going to that location again

Seem to have a problem getting the order correct. I don't understand what is so tuff about no pickles on a cheese burger or no lettuce on a mc chicken sandwich add cheese. Not that tuff. Or barbeque sauce for the chicken nuggets especially when there is no line. Can't be that hard. Well it is for them for some reason. Quite irritating.

We placed an order for a $6 meal, a Big Mac and a medium Sprite. The order number was # 1616 and we received both a text and email confirming that our order was placed. Our credit card was charged for the order.
We sent our daughter to the restaurant to pick up the food. She missed the dining room hours by mere minutes and the staff refused to let her in, so she walked to the drive-through to collect the food. The employees at the drive-through refused to give her the food stating that they did not receive the order. Even though we had proof, we sent our daughter the proof and she furnished the proof to the restaurant, the restaurant would not relent.
Besides last Friday’s contemptible treatment when I walked over to pick up an order, we will never dine at this establishment again. We will move heaven an earth to make sure it is known that this place is overpriced and disrespectful to customers, while also lacking in customer service and food quality.
