I came in to pick up my “to go” order. I stated I was there to get my order, I was asked my last name. I gave my last name, and staff member behind the kitchen counter area picked up my bag, looked in the bag, and said, “I will get you a cup for your tea.” Then, the manager behind the Counter abruptly inserted herself into the conversation by saying, “She said the cup is in the bag!” I said that isn’t what I heard....read full review
Got dirt? I ordered two Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwiches. Unfortunately one came with a CLOD OF DIRT under the bread. A clod of dirt. A dirt clod. Straight up dirt. HTF does that happen? Not dust. Not mold. It was moistened soil. How?
