“Fresh, delicious, quick! I ordered the Creamy Tuscan Shrimp entree with a side of garlic bread. The entree portion was substantial ($12.99) plus small serving of garlic bread (5 small pieces for $2.49) I enjoyed every bite. My only disappointment was the shrimp had the tails on and I don't like to pick them out of the saucy goodness in order to remove the tail shell. Minor inconvenience and messy fingers. I've been on the lookout for an Italian fast-food restaurant and happy to have found this one is our relative backyard. Yum-mo!“

“YUMMMMMM!!! I have been ordering from Prepped Eats for a few years and each time they really deliver on quality and flavor (also, they deliver). It is so convenient to choose meals, have them delivered to my front door, and not have to worry about going to the grocery store that week.

My husband and I are so busy so this makes healthy eating low effort. A lot of meals are already in various fitness trackers so it’s a great way to track my macros without having to put much thought into it.

Not to mention the food is SO GOOD!! I’m not sure how they get garlic-pepper steak so perfect but I dream about it sometimes.“

“OMG, fast spot for quality and tasty pasta. Get the Cajun chicken pasta. Noodles and chicken were cooked up perfect. Portions were generous. Sauce stuck to the noodles nicely, and spiced to perfection. insane value for quality, taste, and convenience.“

The owner is friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, plus the price is very reasonable for such a high quality experince. “Updating to 5 stars. I believe in second chances. I tried it again and loved my food! My daughter's alfredo looked good last time, and I wanted pasta again without a lot of hassle, so I gave it a shot. I asked for no bacon bits. The dish was really good and so satisfying! The broccoli and spinach were very fresh. The pasta was cooked perfectly (as it was the last time). The sauce had plenty of flavor, esp with the delicious cheese they grated on top, so not sure what was up with my daughter's food as mine definitely wasn't bland or dry. It wasn't ultra saucy, but it had enough sauce for me, plus I don't need the additional calories. I subbed shrimp for chicken, and it tasted really good--grilled, not bland. Now I know I can just customize a little and make it a little more to my taste if needed. They have different proteins to choose from, and you can add additional vegetables of all sorts. I will be adding this spot to my rotation. Glad I gave it another shot! Also, I find the staff to be very sweet and professional. They're always cleaning up, and that's good to see too.

The food is average, but the plus is that it seems to be fresh. I ordered a Cajun pasta with shrimp that was far too heavy on thyme. I was expecting cajun flavor, not thyme and was very confused by that. There were annoying, hard bacon bits throughout that just seemed more like old bits of overcooked meat. It was very unappealing. I kept trying to scrape them away. The pasta was really dry. Hardly any sauce.

My daughter got the alfredo and subbed shrimp instead of chicken. It was also dry, hardly any sauce, which made it bland and unpleasant to eat.

The shrimp was ok. Not the best quality, but it didn't smell bad or anything. I wasn't expecting really great seafood at a chain restaurant anyway.

Service was very polite, and the food came out warm and fairly quick without being suspiciously quick.

I can't say I would not go back, but I am also not sure I would want to go back.“
