WHAT is this?? I ordered the Bun Bo Hue to go. Just moved to the neighborhood and wanted to try the local Vietnamese place on a rainy day. The broth was LITERALLY just hot water with some oil floating on top. I'm kicking myself for not taking a photo before trying to salvage it. I don't mean "the broth wasn't to my specific liking", I'm talking it was HOT WATER trying to pass off as broth. After adding several things I had at home trying to make it a proper soup that's edible, I just gave up and dumped all of it.. absolute waste of money.

I went to pho viet on 3/22 since my wife wanted the pho soup; I decided to order a chicken chow main ... To begin with with the waitress was kind of in a rush which it can be understandable since they didn't have much staff but the attention to customer service wasn't good, after a while she brought our food but didn't ask if anything else was needed just walked away, finally after having to ask for extra plates I tried the chow main which had absolutely no flavor. Now this is not to tear down their "4 stars" rating is to hopefully help to improve the next customer experience; I myself are a cook and ex restaurant mgr so i know the value of quality in every angle of this business I do like to come back since my wife likes Asia food and I hope this issues are addressed

Previously, it looked like a cozy restaurant, but now everything inside has changed and the comfort has disappeared.

On lunch hour I randomly decided to choose this place. This place definitely surprised me. As entering the place I can smell the incense burning somewhere. Soft music was being played which is new to me in a pho restaurant. It was a nice touch no complaints here. I order their pho combo L. The broth was really well done. Super clear broth. There were plenty of meat! Waitress was attentive. Nothing bad I can say. Surprised they have this good of a quality pho in this area!

Generous portions at a reasonable price point and the food was good! We got the Banh Xeo, Pan Fried Chow Mein, Pho, and Salt & Pepper Calamari. The place was clean and filled with diners on a Thursday night. They seemed to have a good amount of to go orders as well. Service was attentive and food came out relatively quickly for how busy they were and just one waitress. Don't sleep on this place!

Clean, speedy and great food. My kids took me there the night before my surgery and none of us had been there. I ordered Chinese food and it was fresh and delicious. Would go there again. One of my top restaurants in the area although it kind of looks like a Waffle House.

I ordered Bun with shrimp, pork, a meatball and an egg roll. Meat was overcooked, almost burnt. They use iceberg lettuce, which isn't my favorite. When I ordered it I was told it would be 10 minutes. It took them almost 20 minutes to get me my order while I waited in the restaurant. Research. Frosting

i ordered beef chow fun to go. the portions were almost half of the portions that I ordered from another restaurant. plus, they just raised up their pricces by $1. I complained to them couple times before about the portions were little. I tried to give them couple chance. I will never go back to them again. I rather cooked mysel.

Food is inconsistent. Get the small bowl of noodles. It comes with same amount in large bowl. They cover it up with broth and a sprinkling of veggies on top. I can't speak to much else than the pho, it's the only thing I order from there. Service is good enough depending on how busy they are.

Food is awesome, great beef stew. Haven't been disappointed with anything we have ordered, and we try something new each time. The staff is friendly, and food comes pretty fast. It's a regular stop in our rotation.

I requested for a bowl of pho consisting of rare beef and fatty brisket and a plate of fried crab Rangoons. My boyfriend placed an order for the house chow mein. The restaurant staff served the chow mein and Rangoons to our table but failed to bring out my pho. They even served the garnish that comes with the pho, but the dish itself was missing. The tables that were situated after us were served food ahead of us, causing a delay in receiving my pho. Upon inquiring about the status of my order for pho, I observed that the dish was served within a few seconds of my query. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and tranquil, while the service quality is passable.
