Horrible!! “Cindy” is rude. My pizza was made with cheese that sat out WAY too long. You can smell and taste it. “Cindy” was very unhelpful and inexperienced. Waste of money and there’s NO MANAGER ON SITE?! Yeah no I hope this place gets closed or a real bad health evaluation.

I’ve been to a lot of pizza guys, all over Sacramento and the Bay Area, and this is the first pizza guys that upon visiting, treated me with the utmost disrespect possible in a given conversation. At approximately 9:30pm I walked into this pizza guys branch today (Thursday) and a younger Caucasian gentlemen by the name of Elliot, completely shut my request for a pizza down, in a rude way too, pizza is one thing but service is another and this pizza guys didn’t meet the mark when it comes to that

I do not recommend this pizza guys if you want a pizza

Like everywhere else this place has gone down hill, 2 out of 5 times a $30 pizza will turn out good, unfortunately if you take advantage of the special offers they text you most likely you'll be disappointed, toppings aren't run up to crust & i mean over an inch of no toppings around the edge, super light on toppings around, about as good as a Dominos $7.99 carry out deal. I've found if it's not a special on the pizza it tends to be better. I always tip these workers but realistically their service & performance leaves something to be desired. It's a gamble all around.

Got a barbecue pizza when I asked for a Hawaiian. Didn’t realize until later. My mistake for not checking right away but how do you confuse a Hawaiian with barbecue?

Can be hit or miss. Usually its great. Picked up my online order today and pizza was ok. But the cheezy rolls were all raw. It's usually free 2L drink wys 25 but wasn't offered the deal.

Always great pizza. Thought I would pick it up this time in hopes for a quick dinner. Ordered online. Got to the store and the gentleman apologized and said they were extremely backed up and would be another 40 minutes. I politely asked to cancel my order, but only due to time. The staff were hard at work, but still had amazing customer service, despite a difficult customer I was waiting behind who also received much better service than she deserved.

Called them 30 minutes before closing and they said they won’t take any more orders, not even for walk ins. Why advertise closing time at 10 if last order is 9:30? I get if it’s 10 minutes before closing but 30 is plenty of time. Change your hours.
