I waited for an hour for my mobile order. And when I asked one of the staff if ny order is ready, he said he doesn’t speak english.

Food service was great but they need to fix the air conditioning unit. Its been out for a while (or not turned on) and it is too hot to eat inside the restaurant.

I went to two different Popeyes at night so I don't know which one this is for but antelope and the freeway they ran out of chicken fillets so I had to go to a different one and that was my sandwich the different one and they were wonderful on Watt Ave. Otherwise there would be five stars all the way down. And I was so happy to see that they didn't hike the prices up like everybody else does. That makes me so mad. Thank you Popeyes for always delivering great customer service and great food every single time at a great price

Rude cashier totally rude borderline on offensive. I just walked out didn’t even order food. They did have a lot of orders but he straight up looked at me and said wait so I waited 10 minutes and he took everybody else’s order that was right behind me. They were all men I’m not sure what’s going on at this place with rude, rude, rude rude.

I ordered 6 chicken sandwiches, and they were all stale breast filets. One sandwich was 90% breading and 10% meat. Food was trash, but customer service took care of it and gave my money back. It's still a waste of my time..

Walked in ans the place was compeltely empty. They had 2 employees sitting at a booth, with 1 girl working with the food behind the counter. Stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to take my order but ended up just leaving.

I have always loved Popeyes but today I ordered the ghost pepper wings combo and found long black hair in my food. It really disgusted me and now I am afraid to eat there again:(
