Great fresh chicken at lunch time fries eh…. Biscuits are OK chicken is bomb. The storage is clean inside. The atmosphere was really kicked back. Plenty of room for families. Plenty of seating. There’s a restroom in the store.

So on 3/28/26 this store must have been mad we ordered close to closing time and did everything wrong in our order. For all I know they may have spit in it or something like that. Doesn’t matter when I order you don’t do this type of nonsense. Im a former assistant manager in food, looking for work and I’d take their place if needed. Terrible service and im highly upset.
Very long time waiting for the order. Guys just chilling instead of working. Especially African American gentleman with glasses. It’s currently over 30 min of waiting for my order here. I love being ignored

Good food, very good service, pricing is fair/competitive.
Only down score the chicken parts are small (KFC seems to do the same thing). I thought labor costs were the big challenge, put getting hit with prices and scrawny portions is disappointing.

This is the last time I eat at this place, and it’s not the food chain itself, it’s the employees they simply don’t care about the customer.
I live close by and I always try to justify it by thinking they’re busy or that they forgot, but now I’ve realized that the employee working at the drive-thru doesn’t care at all. The same thing always happens when he’s there.
Yesterday we ordered two combos exactly the same, and everything was wrong. The sides were missing. I asked for little ice, and he went ahead and filled the cup with ice. There was no ketchup, and the pie felt like it had been sitting there for hours.
It’s a shame that businesses lose customers because of poor service and the low quality of what they provide. I didn’t go back because I’m sick I just wanted something quick to feed my family and not have to worry and I ended up going home not with what I ordered, but with whatever they decided I should eat that day.
I get coupons on the app and twice now I've tried to redeem the coupons and you can only do it on the app but when I try they don't go through and I can't get the discounts. I talked to the lady at the register and she told me I needed to contact Popeyes

Today I ordered a 14 piece tender deal through the app for just under $30 after tax. I got to the restaurant around 10 minutes later and waited for around 5 minutes until someone came to help me. I was then told my order didn't show up in the system. I showed them my digital receipt on the app as well as in my email. They told me to cancel the order only for me to find out I can not cancel the order through the app. I asked them to cancel it and they refused. I tried calling Popeyes support and was taken to a web ticket that said they would respond within 24 hrs. They adamantly refused to make the order and essentially told me to screw off when I asked what they could do. This was my entire lunch break waiting as the manager actively avoided coming to me towards the end. I still have not gotten a refund and am now not going to have time to grab lunch today. I am writing this in hopes that the owner will see and help me get my money back. This is some of the worst service I've seen and I do not see myself ever going back to this location.

The lady I believe she was a manager she was cussing in Spanish and talking very loud! I also spent $80 here and they would not give me any sauce for my chicken unless I paid for it I mean how am I supposed to enjoy the food without sauce that should come with it!! I will not be coming here again very bad atmosphere due to the yelling and cursing and very bad service for not serving me any sauce!!!

They close at 11pm but they stated that their kitchen closes at 9:30 so all the rest food after that just sits there, they had no tenders, no chicken sandwiches and stated they only had bone in and boneless chicken wings left at 10 pm. That’s 1 hour before they close yet they have no food

I absolutely love Popeyes. It's the only fast food I actually like. Even though I have had horrible service I still eat here at least one a week. I don't even know where to beginning on the service I have received from one of the managers. The crew is amazing especially for what they have to deal with. The Hispanic manager I want to say her name it Margarite or something similar.
