BE AWARE EVERYONEThere are 3 girls employed who have mental issues. They are rude. We ordered and asked for unsalted pretzels for 3 of my kids, when we got the order it was salted, when we asked them they said no we can’t give it to you guys for free or change it and they started fighting.

Horrible customer service. They wouldn’t take our order after opening only 50 minutes prior because they go on break at the same time and when we first went up there at opening they said they weren’t going to have anything ready for 30 minutes…. So only served for 20 minutes before going on break. And then the mean stinky lady at the desk called me names and caused a scene

If I could leave 0 stars Definitely would the lady was so rude said we had an attitude because the pretzel bites looked stale wouldn't serve us and said she would call security my 4 yo niece left crying that she was hungry because of this lady. Sorry not sorry we asked how long your stale pretzels had been out

Your employees have terrible customer service. Twice I’ve been there and there’s only 1 employee and she was closing for her break and no pretzels were available ??♀️How do you run a business like that?!!!

Sometimes I can stand there for 5 minutes while somebody is sitting in the back and nobody is in the front. Just close your freaking store I don't even see how you can make money

The pretzels were tasty and the cheese sauce was hot. The place was clean and so were the tables in front. They have one of those freestyle soda fountains and the diet coke tasted like someone put only 1/4 of the diet coke syrup in and added orange syrup to it.
They got coke freestyle!!!!I like the Orange Vanilla Coke and they don’t sell it in store any more.

Terrible customer service they are pretty rude and one of the employees working here, was distracted by who I believe was his girlfriend, who doesn’t even work there, on the sidelines. Also “we stopped selling pretzels last week” like it’s a pretzel place ? ???

HORRIBLE. These employees have 0 customer service skills. They are rude and lazy. I’m sorry you make no money working at a pretzel place at the mall but don’t be so miserable that you have to be rude to all the customers!! Fire these employees and get some new ones!!! I’ve had an issue every time I have came here. I don’t know the girls name but as soon as I find out I’m reporting her to management and to the customer relations department and everyone else. Fire her already she doesn’t deserve a job if she can’t be a decent human being while dealing with customers.
