To start the food was good, no complaints on the food itself.
I have never had Rallys before. My mom wanted to go there for lunch. After my experience today I won't be going back. Especially so long as manager Ben is still there.

The line wait was beyond to long they gave me cold fries and the wrong order had to go back and walk up to the window and let them know I just left from out this long line just to tell y’all I was given the wrong order but they fixed it and my food was good and fresh
