always an issue everytime i go to this location coffee is made poorly and taste bad and watch your total before scanning your card had the drive through lady add a five dollar tip for her self without me knowing just go to the one down the street this location is not worth it

The ladies here are argumentative combative And will not help you if they make your order wrong. Visit the many other Starbucks around the area where everybody is pleasant inside and works hard to do their job correctly if they make a mistake when told and not argue with you- Because their job is to make your drink that you pay for….

I’m not one to leave a bad review but I thought this was worth being said. I ordered a matcha and it was just the chunkiest milkiest drink and was so yucky and when the lady remade it for me it was almost the exact same. (I ended up going to the location on fair oaks and sunrise to get it fixed and they did a phenomenal job.) the picture was AFTER the barista at this location tried to remake it.. trust me that is was worse before and this is already bad. On top of this I called customer service and they wouldn’t get me a refund.

The best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Everyone (Especially Jessica in the mornings) is super lovely and friendly. They always make my drink right and make me feel right at home! This will always be my favorite store

Every time I come here my drinks come out watery/ or milked down. Not sure why but it’s frustrating when all I can taste is just milk. Other than that the service is alright.. sometimes you have to wait quite long but thats to be expected during rush hour. The staff and atmosphere is nice. The location is always clean.

The young lady with the skunk stripes in her hair was not polite I was very disappointed because i expected better service she cut me off while I was speaking and walked away I will not come here again

Not the best experience. Went through the drive threw and sat there for 25 minutes with 2 cars in front of me then i get up there and the lady working does not even speak. I got a pink drink and barely got anything in it because it was so full of ice. Wont be back!

I used to go here after today I will not be going here every time the woman is an the drive trew she gets my coffee rong an purpose she has a bad attitude problem I rather go to Dunkin’ Donuts in middelsex they get ur coffee right

Staff is friendly, courteous & efficient. Music is not too loud. Restrooms have sinks in the private stalls, not out in the hall area. Food & drinks are pretty much uniformly good at Starbucks. There's a little shade in the parking lot. Location seems safe, easy parking. Lighting, # of outlets & air conditioning are good.

I’ve been trying to expand my drink palette so I’m one of those girls that check out Pinterest before going to order and no matter how complicated it is , they never make me feel that way and serve with a smile. My favorite food is the grill cheese sandwich, turkey bacon sandwich and sausage egg sandwich
