This location really struggles. My order is never made correctly here. Other locations no problem. Today I ordered 4 items and only 1 was correct, and it was a grilled cheese so hard to mess that up.

I was out doing Lyft stopped and asked to used the restroom, as a well groomed clean shaven man and was denied because I was unsure if I was going to buy something . Often time when out doing Lyft I’ll stop at any other Starbucks use the restrooms and end up deciding I want something after all. But it won’t be from this one if ever again honestly. But thanks to Red Robin across the street much better hospitality

The ladies here are argumentative combative And will not help you if they make your order wrong. Visit the many other Starbucks around the area where everybody is pleasant inside and works hard to do their job correctly if they make a mistake when told and not argue with you- Because their job is to make your drink that you pay for….

I’m not one to leave a bad review but I thought this was worth being said. I ordered a matcha and it was just the chunkiest milkiest drink and was so yucky and when the lady remade it for me it was almost the exact same. (I ended up going to the location on fair oaks and sunrise to get it fixed and they did a phenomenal job.) the picture was AFTER the barista at this location tried to remake it.. trust me that is was worse before and this is already bad. On top of this I called customer service and they wouldn’t get me a refund.

The best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Everyone (Especially Jessica in the mornings) is super lovely and friendly. They always make my drink right and make me feel right at home! This will always be my favorite store
